Service management digitalization, architecture, and integrations have been on my desk for over a decade. Most of this time has been spent deep within the ServiceNow ecosystem, utilizing out-of-the-box applications and platform capabilities as well as developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Working across a wide range of customer environments and stakeholders has provided a strong foundation for collaboration, design, problem-solving, and continuous development.
What motivates me most is seeing a solution genuinely make a customer’s daily work easier and deliver tangible value. My goal is to build sustainable solutions that support the customer’s development in the long term and adapt to changing needs.
In addition to ServiceNow, I am also familiar with the iPaaS platforms Frends and ONEiO, as well as the project management platform Monday.com.
Jyri Venninen

I am an experienced ServiceNow architect and developer with over 20 years of experience in IT services and system development in both Finland and internationally. Working in several international IT service organizations, including multi-vendor environments and outsourcing-based delivery models, has given me a unique perspective on the operating models and best practices of large enterprises.
All of my customers benefit from this experience.
I have extensive expertise in identifying and leveraging the ServiceNow platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities, while also mastering complex customizations. My greatest passion is designing and implementing business-driven, intelligent customizations that deliver concrete value to customers. In practice, this means smoother processes, a better user experience, easier manageability, and avoiding technical debt.
I believe in long-term, scalable solutions that allow our customers to focus on their core business.

With nearly two decades of experience, I have continuously developed my expertise. I often work with integrations, business process automation, and holistic enterprise architecture. I am passionate about designing scalable solutions and transforming operating environments into efficient, value-generating systems.
I leverage platforms such as Halo, Matrix42 (Efecte: Core/Pro), Frends, ONEiO, Atlassian Jira, and Azure to deliver significant business value.
Thanks to my coding expertise, I have been involved in building and designing portals as well as various web interfaces that extend the capabilities of process digitalization platforms and help organizations make the most of their systems.
